Our Mission
At CUPE Local 204, our mission is to protect the rights of health care workers, ensure safe and fair working conditions, and strengthen Manitoba’s public health system.
We represent thousands of members across hospitals, personal care homes, community health programs, and related facilities. Every day, we negotiate collective agreements, address workplace issues, and stand up for quality health care for both workers and the public.
We believe in the power of solidarity — and that every health care worker deserves respect, dignity, and a strong voice at work.
